I came to Japan during elementary school and grew up in Kobe and Osaka. I later studied law at university, learning to approach systems, contracts, rights, obligations and responsibility in a structured way. That background continues to shape my work in real estate, where transaction terms, ownership interests, costs and risks must be explained accurately and clearly.
In real estate practice, information is often scattered across documents and systems, making selection and verification time-consuming. Customer communication, document preparation and post-handover management can also depend heavily on individual experience, leaving less time for the conversations and judgments that require genuine human attention.
That is why ASUMO is built on two pillars: real estate practice and AI development. Drawing on knowledge gained in the field, we create practical systems for organizing and comparing property information, selecting candidates, supporting clients, preparing materials and managing operations.
Our goal is not to replace human judgment with AI. By organizing information, reducing oversights and making options and risks easier to see, we aim to create an environment in which people can make more confident decisions.
For clients, we want to create a clearer, more reassuring experience when choosing a home or an asset. For real estate professionals, we want to reduce repetitive work so they can focus on advice and trust. We address problems that technology or experience alone cannot solve and build answers that work in the real world.
When using AI, we place equal importance on accuracy, personal information protection and final human review. For legal registration, tax and administrative procedures, we coordinate with qualified external professionals when needed.
